Case Study #1

Overview: 

In AEM 4940: Secrets of Business Success, students delved into LHW with an initial case study regarding the implementation of the Hotel Engagement Scorecard. Designed to hold partner hotels accountable for their level of engagement with LHW's services, the HES generated a unique correlation between engagement and revenue increase. From there students met with Hakan Ozakbas, LHW's director of analytics and reporting and the founder of HES, and prepared 2 minute question vlogs prior to his speech. In addition, they developed their own interations of HES through a case response questionnaire. This was the first of two main case studies in the course, and established the baseline and protocol for approaching the upcoming Voss Water study.
